Writing

If you’re not writing on a daily or almost daily basis, you’re not really taking things seriously.

There is not a better way to:

  1. dump out the nonsense cluttering your mind or,

  2. capture your ideas and see the connections across those ideas, your goals, and your actions.

Why? Because your ideas are thoughts produced by a highly faulty thought-making machine that is constantly in overdrive.

Wait, you’re not writing stuff down, at least privately just for yourself? So, you’re not doing anything with the ideas that come into your mind?

Really?

Don't get caught up on the words "journaling" or thinking of a "diary." Just call it writing.

"It helps you pay attention and put structure and organization to your thoughts and ideas."

Journaling isn't just good for mental health. It might also help your physical health.
